If you are in need of pelvic floor therapy, you MUST see Deb! I went to her when I was 7 months postpartum. She is wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable. The education she provided about the pelvic floor is something every woman needs to know! The rest of the staff are very welcoming as well. Highly highly recommend this place! Thank you Deb!!!

What a great staff - caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. My PT experience was fantastic, and the care I received from my therapist was excellent. She really helped me heal from my injury. The office staff was great at scheduling appointments and the text reminders were appreciated. All my appointments were on time. I also enjoyed using the app for videos of the exercises I used at home.

Eileen was AMAZING!! I was not able to get an MRI (thanks insurance) until 2 weeks after I started physical therapy. She absolutely adjusted in mid stride trying to help me strengthen my leg with out causing such pain I couldn't walk for two days. Once we learned I had a severely torn meniscus and absolutely zero cartilage in my knee, she once again adjusted the exercises to help me both before and after my knee replacement. I am very much looking forward to recovering with her help in the new year when I get my new knee!

Staff therapist evaluated my care plan to return me to whole physical self. I’ve had a outpatient total knee in an out of hospital in 6 hours. Healing great on the surface and Trio is bringing me back to functioning normally with pain free movement.

I finished up my therapy at Trio a couple of weeks ago. I had both, physical therapy and occupational therapy, and they were very accommodating about having both sessions back-to-back on Tuesdays and Thursdays, So I wasn’t in there just about every day of the week, for one hour each day.Shauna and Sky do a great job working out everyone’s crazy schedules.Kathy, Debbie, Jennifer, and David are all excellent therapists in their fields….Knowledgeable, caring and great coaches for at home exercises. I learned a lot, kept up with the exercises, and have improved 100%! And along with all this, it was always an enjoyable visit and they made it all fun.I even had Jennica for one of my OT sessions. And she is great no matter what “hat” she is wearing!Thanks guys, I actually miss seeing y’all!Oh, and yes,… I highly recommend Trio Rehabilitation and Wellness!!!

My surgeon referred me to Kathy Baker at Trio Rehab after terrible triad surgery on my left elbow. I had wasted 5 weeks with a therapist in my home town who put me behind on gaining range of motion. Kathy Baker had me back on track within 2 weeks. She is an amazing hand therapist who is very experienced and knowledgeable about elbow injuries that also affect the use of your hand. She has all the necessary measuring tools to keep you on track. I feel very fortunately to have been referred to Kathy. The office staff is great as well - always very helpful.

Trio Rehab is a wonderful place to go if you need any kind of rehabilitation. I am going because I need hand care and this is the only place in Boerne that does that. My primary doctor referred me to Trio Rehab for therapy because of planar fasciitis in my left foot. I am very happy he sent me to Trio! The therapy I received from the staff (Jennifer, Stephanie, Deb, and Angela) helped me so much that the pain I had in my foot/heel, along with the soreness in my legs, is gone. All of these ladies are very knowledgeable in their skills and are extremely professional. They evaluate your problem and then establish a treatment plan to get you back to your normal activities. They understand your physical problems and are sympathetic to your emotional issues regarding your pain. All-in-all, I would recommend Trio Rehabilitation & Wellness Solutions for your physical therapy needs.

I was referred to Trio Rehab by my neurologist for therapy resulting from Parkinson's Disease. They are quite accommodating in scheduling. Mostly I've been impressed with the staff, their knowledge and expertise, and caring attitude. Not pushy (although they insist you do the exercises right) and quite encouraging. I'm pleased with the treatments I've had so far that have included both balance and to improve writing.

I almost never write a review but Debi Cuellar is quite simply the best! My shoulder was literally in pieces after a swim injury in late November but she absolutely made me a whole person again and I'm back in the pool. Debi listens, is attentive, and on the spot with what I needed to get back on track. She is the first Physical Therapist that I've ever had success with. Do yourself a favor and call Trio Rehabilitation & Wellness Solutions and Debi Cuellar at the Boerne location. You won't be sorry but you better be prepared to do your part and put the work in.

I have been to several Physical Therapy before but not as good as this one. Everyone works together like a well oiled machine. Everyone really knows what they are doing and are happy doing it. After being told I would most likely need surgery to get back to my normally active work/lifestyle I was referred to Trio for rehabilitating my torn labrum in my shoulder. After 2 one hour sessions a week for the past 2 months I am almost at 95% of my full strength, and getting better every day! 💪

I rarely write reviews. Even more rarely do I award an organization 5 stars. However, this organization and Kathy Baker certainly deserve it. I am pleased with the functionality in my dominant hand after recovery from a broken wrist and substantive surgery to repair. in addition, all appointments ran precisely on time -- a pleasant change from most provider organizations.
